How do I get to and from the airport?

All of our parking facilities provide free shuttle to and from the airport. Most of our locations have shuttle that runs 24 hours a day, and some that run on a specific timed schedule. You can view all shuttle times under you parking reservation information.

What do I do to get picked up from the airport?

After you have collected your baggage, and are ready to be picked up call the hotel or parking lot and they will come and pick you up and take you to your vehicle. The numbers for the hotel/parking lot can be found on your reservation email.

How and when do I pay?

Will my car be safe?

Yes, we choose name brand hotels with good reviews that provide 24-hour security.  The parking lots are generally fenced, lighted and secure. At most locations, the lots are open 24 hours a day and the parking lot is patrolled.  As with any parking lot, the parking operator is not responsible for any valuables left in your vehicle.

 

OneStopParKing, Inc functions as a venue to connect travelers in need of airport or seaport parking with independently owned parking lot operators. OneStopParKing, Inc is not involved in the actual transaction between the traveler and the parking lot operator ("Associate"). You assume all risks through business conducted with our Associates as well any other third-party with whom you come in contact through this web site. Furthermore, you agree not to hold OneStopParKing, Inc liable for any loss or damage of any sort incurred as a result of any such business dealings or as the result of the presence of such Associates, third parties or any other incidents as a result of contact originating from our web site

What if my flight is delayed or I arrive earlier or park longer than my reservation states?

This is simple, if you know your flight is arriving at a later time then you where scheduled for, simply call or email to let us know of the new arrival time. If you are not able to call or email us before hand, the hotel or parking lot will notify us of the time they picked you up and we will charge you for the additional time.

How do I cancel my reservation?

All cancellations must be done via phone.  Cancellations will not be accepted via e-mail or voicemail.  OneStopParKing.com allows cancellations for any reservations at no charge so long as OneStopParKing.com is given a 24 hour notification by phone at 1-800-437-1850.  If a cancellation occurs with less than a 24 hour notice given, OneStopParKing.com applies a 10% cancellation fee to the amount paid subject to a minimum of $2.00 plus the service fee. After your reservation date has passed or the day of your reservation no cancellations will be provided.  No refunds will be given for unused or partially used reservation.

What should I do if I didn't receive my e-mail confirmation for my reservation?

After completing and submitting your booking, you should receive a confirmation page with your Reservation Details and Confirmation.  If you did not receive your confirmation e-mail, please check the Spam folder in your e-mail account to ensure that your confirmation e-mail was not auto-filtered to that folder. You may also want to add OneStopParKing.com to your "allowed" senders list so you can receive free e-mail alerts about savings, specials. 

I e-mailed you with a request/question and didn't hear back-what do I do?

We try to answer all e-mail messages within 48 hours from the time they are received. If however you do not hear from us within a specified time frame, please call us at 1-800-437-1850 or 859-282-7365 Monday to Friday 8AM-11PM EST, Saturday and Sunday 9AM-10PM EST.

Do I have to provide my credit card to the hotel?

No, you will never have to show your credit card to the hotel.  If you park over the reservation time, the hotel has the right to charge you at their premium rate, unless you have contacted OneStopParKing.com and made arrangements to extend your reservation.
